What this tracker does not cover yet

The Town lists roughly a hundred active development and site plan applications across its seven ward pages. Those listings give an address, an applicant and a file number, and nothing else: no status, no unit count, no dates.

A tracker built from them would have five empty columns per row, and filling those columns by inference is exactly the failure this publication exists to avoid. So this tracker holds the projects for which the Town has issued a statutory notice stating the scale, the stage and the deadline.

It grows when notices are issued. Those pages are on our monitored source list, and the ward listings are linked from every area page.
